    Brain Spotting

Brainspotting is a trauma-focused therapy that helps you process and release deep emotional pain by accessing areas of the brain where trauma is stored. I like to describe Brain Spotting as taking time to scoop out long-standing trauma, deep beliefs, and general distress without having to use your words or “understand” how to heal.

In a safe and supportive environment, Brainspotting can help you tap into your brain’s natural ability to heal, promoting emotional resilience and deeper self-awareness.

    * Brain Spotting is typically integrated into my Individual Psychotherapy session if desired.

Please note — I am currently in the process of becoming certified as a Brain Spotting Practitioner (BSP). I have completed an authorized Level 1 training and am ethically allowed to conduct Brain Spotting during our sessions to the best of my current level of experience and ability. I will be completing a level 2 training for BSP during the 2025 calendar year.
